A lot of what I do goes above and beyond the actual hours spent designing a piece – it’s in the research, the revisions (including the numerous versions you’ll never see, but are required to get to that perfect finished piece), staying on top of the latest software, reading up on design trends, and the hours of brainstorming to come up with the most perfect idea, which then makes the design process go really quickly. DO I NEED TO LIVE IN THE FORT BRAGG AREA FOR US TO WORK TOGETHER?

Not at all — we work with clients nation and even worldwide! We’ll keep in touch via e-mail, phone, Facebook, and/or skype.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

E-mail is the quickest and best way to reach me with questions or concerns anytime. If you would like to schedule a meeting in person or via phone or online, send me an e-mail first and we’ll set up a time.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A “ROUND OF REVISIONS”?

Revisions include any & all changes you specify after each design we submit to you. You will need to let us know all of your notes before we make design changes. Design/copy changes (above and beyond the initial rounds included in your package) will be billed at our hourly rate.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

It depends how many projects you need (logo, website, etc.) and when you decide to start the process. Once you book, we will set a tentative timeline, including the estimated time of completion.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A link to my contract will be sent to you with your quote. There is a deposit required to place your order, along with your contract submission. Once received, we will add your project to our design production schedule. Your remaining balance is due at the time you approve your order to go to press. If that date is less than 30 days from the date you order, payment in full is due at the time of booking and a rush fee may be in order. FINAL SHIPPING/PICKUP INFORMATION

If you are in the Raleigh/Fort Bragg area, your order can be picked up at no charge, or we can ship it at cost if you prefer. If you are outside the Ft. Bragg area, your order will be shipped at cost via insured, trackable USPS mail.
